Early water cooling head products are mainly divided into "coarse channel" and "micro channel" two kinds of water cooled head, the main difference between the two is in the bottom plate processing technology is different.
The bottom plate of water cooling head of coarse channel is mainly a plurality of columnar or irregular raised structure to form turbulence and enhance the heat dissipation area. On the contrary, the micro-channel water cooling head adopts a very dense channel structure in the bottom plate. A more dense channel can make the water-cooling liquid contact with the bottom plate to the maximum extent, and the heat dissipation effect is better. However, the water cooling head of the micro-channel has higher requirements on the water pump, and the water cooling liquid needs to be kept clean, otherwise the micro-channel is easy to be blocked.
